Even we are no longer 10 years old, we still want to visit and enjoy the most beautiful amusement parks in Italy. There are so many of them, in every region and of every kind, it’s pity not to visit at least the closest one(s). Here, we have ranked the 20 most beautiful amusement parks in Italy, the ones that are the most fun to visitors.

The largest park in Italy also has an aquatic area. Its located at 162 km of the SS Adriatica and gives its name to the town itself.

The entire park is developed around 3 lakes, is surrounded by greenery, and allows visitors to feel like at the sea: in “Mirabeach”, the aquatic area, there are real artificial beaches, swimming pools simulating the sea waves, umbrellas, and so on. The thematic area, on the other hand, is divided into 7 zones, and, to access the aquatic area, you need to pay a small fee.

Chosen the best water park in Italy several times, Aqualandia is divided into 8 thematic areas, including a mini-golf and a disco bar. Here, you will find one of the highest slides in the world (42 meters) and the highest tower in Europe from which to try your hand at Bungee Jumping (60 meters).

Leolandia is the first family-friendly theme park in Italy. Inaugurated in 1971 as Minitalia, over the years, it has been transformed into Leolandia. Inside, there are over 40 attractions, original shows, traveling attractions, and the most beloved cartoon characters such as Peppa Pig, Masha & the Bear, Thomas the Train, and Geronimo Stilton.

In addition, there are an educational farm, aquarium and reptile house, an educational garden, and a historic Minitalia with 160 reproductions of miniature monuments for young and old. Apart from the play area with rides (Themepark) and slides (Aquapark), there’s also a chance of taking a tour in the botanical garden or visiting the Prehistoric Park. 8. Aquarium of Genoa

The Genoa Aquarium is the largest Italian aquarium and the second largest in Europe. It was designed by Renzo Piano and is located in Porto Antico in Genoa. It houses about 74 tanks with fish, mammals, reptiles, and more from all over the world.

The internal tour lasts approximately 2 and a half hours and boasts around 25 million visitors a year. It’s a chance for the youngest to spend a night (once a month) to observe the sharks and their behavior.

There are animals from all over the world; the rare white tiger is the symbol of the park and the white lion has recently been introduced. There are also a reptile house and the largest aviary in Italy where the birds live in a state of semi-freedom.
